Terms & Conditions

These terms, together with our Delivery & Shipping, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, explain how you buy from us. Please read them before you order. To place an order you must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Every item is made to order in the United Kingdom. We show our products as accurately as we can, but colours on your screen may differ slightly from the finished item, and personalised items are made exactly as you enter the details.

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if uploaded content is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the full price of the goods. HUECORE LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices and we cannot issue VAT invoices. Your order confirmation email is your receipt. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, the destination country may charge import VAT, GST or sales tax, customs duties and carrier handling fees. These are not included in our prices, are not collected at checkout and are payable by the recipient. See Customs & import charges.

We accept:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
• Any other payment method shown at checkout

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. If a price on our website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

After you order, we email you to confirm we have received it. This is not yet acceptance of your order. Our contract with you starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is wrong, a payment cannot be verified or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and selected other countries. Current prices and times are on our Delivery & Shipping page and are always shown at checkout.

We use Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. Delivery times are estimates that start once your order has been dispatched. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order (or by a date we agreed with you), you can cancel and we will refund you in full. The goods are your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

Non-personalised items: you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to send the item back. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have returned it). Any extra you paid for Express or Weekend delivery is not refunded.

How to cancel

1. Email support@creadgift.com with your order number, or use the model cancellation form in our Refund Policy
2. We reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions
3. Pack the unused item securely in its original packaging
4. UK customers: we provide a free return label. Customers outside the UK pay the return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us with your order number and photos. Telling us quickly, ideally within 48 hours, helps us resolve it fast, but reporting later does not remove your rights. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.

• United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days, and after that ask for a repair or replacement.
• European Union: you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years.
• Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• United States and Canada: you keep the rights given to you by the laws of your state or province.

The content of this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to HUECORE LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Photos and text you upload stay yours. You allow us to use them only to make, deliver and support your order.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply our products for domestic and private use only, so we are not liable for business losses.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as carrier or postal disruption, strikes or severe weather. If this happens we will tell you, and if the delay is significant you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid but not received.

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

If something goes wrong, email support@creadgift.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you in writing and give you the details of an alternative dispute resolution provider. We are not obliged to use one, and you can always go to court.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
