If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data or customer account, please follow the steps below. Under UK data protection law you can ask us to erase the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion
⚖️ Please note: we may retain certain information as required by law for tax, legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes — for example invoice records, which UK law requires us to keep for six years. Details linked to a recent order are removed once a return, refund or payment dispute on it can no longer arise.
